Watch as the crops change along with the weather, moving from cold-weather spinach, sweet carrots and jars of whole roasted tomatoes in Winter to the bright greens and early root crops of Spring; from the robust tomatoes, eggplants and peppers of the summer season to the broccoli, cabbages and squashes in the Fall.
