Shroomschetta Pasta

We always have some shroomschetta from River Valley Ranch around the house just in case we need a charcuterie board or a quick snack, and we had some pasta hanging around, so why not give it a try?

We had some leftover shroomschetta from River Valley Ranch, and a hankering for pasta. Cue the magic. Saute an onion, caramelize if you’re feeling outrageous add some garlic. Get your pasta going. Add the shroomschetta. Add a little sugar. Throw in some brats or sausages or sauteed 5 spice tofu. Top with some shredded cheese, shaved carrots, maybe some pea shoots?
