“We love having super fresh, delicious, local veggies each week. We are always looking for new ways to use them. Here we made a savory crepe with our CSA microgreens and beets (made into a beet dip a la Yotam Ottolenghi), smoked salmon, goat cheese, chives and fresh cracked black pepper. The crepe was also made with the eggs from Finn’s. Love those beets!”
