Claire’s One Hour Pizza
No need to fuss, a little rising will do the trick!
- olive oil
- your favorite toppings
- Combine yeast, water and honey. Wait for the yeast to bubble.
- Add olive oil. Slowly fold in flour. Knead as long as you can.

- Roll into a very thin layer, put on a pizza pan (or any sheet pan or cast iron will do). Cook for 15 minutes. Add your favorite toppings. Cook again for another 10 minutes!
- Cool and serve.
You can make this with cheese and tomato sauce, or without! Get creative! We like a hard cheese and sausage and honey and greens just as much as a classic Margherita.
