Concord Grape Jam
Just grapes! That's it! What! So fun.

Instructions
- Wash your grapes. Take out the seeds. Put them all into a pot.
- Stir, and cook on super low heat for about 2 hours. Smash.
- Once it looks like jam, it’s jam.
- Seal in jars, keep in the fridge.
Notes
If you did want to add a little sugar, some bourbon maple syrup or maple sugar from Chicago Maple would do the trick and avoid a wild sugar crash.
