Crockpot Cabbage

Throw a bunch of cabbage in the crockpot and call it dinner? Don’t mind if we do. Don’t have a crockpot? Cooking on low in a lidded pot (stack two burners if you can), will do the trick, too. This is so easy to make, and super easy to add extra veggies and meats to. Get creative!

Easy Crockpot Red Cabbage

This simple and colorful side dish pairs perfectly with pork chops or any German-style menu. In season, you could add chopped or sliced apples if you like. For a heartier (non-vegetarian) version, add chopped, cooked bacon for the last 30 to 60 minutes.
