Ice. Collards. The strawberries you froze, the blueberries you didn’t eat fast enough, the apple that’s on it’s way out. Add a dose of sunshine and you’ll feel like you didn’t just eat a bunch of fried chicken last night.
- 1 handful ice
- greens (washed, a couple handfuls will do)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- fruit (optional, fresh or frozen)
- ⅓ cup water (milk, non-dairy milk, or yogurt work wonderfully as a substitute!)
- Put everything in a blender.
