A great way to get a dose of green in your daily diet!

  • 1 handful ice
  • greens (washed, a couple handfuls will do)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • fruit (optional, fresh or frozen)
  • cup water (milk, non-dairy milk, or yogurt work wonderfully as a substitute!)


  • Put everything in a blender.
  • Serve!
