Purpose
Fulfills customer orders. Properly stores produce and other products. Collaborates closely with CSA operations manager, lead warehouse associates, marketing & food education manager, delivery drivers and customer service to provide an amazing experience for members.
Essential duties
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Maintain food safety standards, and ensure produce is properly stored
- Maintain a tidy work environment
- Contribute to a high quality and collaborative working environment
- Work proactively and communicate effectively with the team
- Help us build the best program we can build
- Other related duties as assigned
Required knowledge, skills & abilities
- Knowledge of proper use of warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, dock levelers, hand trucks, etc., is preferred but not required.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, crouch and reach
Schedule
- Part-Time, Non-Exempt
- Tuesday-Friday 7am-1pm or 9am-3pm, 48 weeks/year (mid-January through mid-December)
