No shame, we prefer kale chips to a salad. Okay, we prefer kale chips to most methods of kale preparation. Who said you can’t eat chips for dinner? Go ahead, treat yourself!

Kale growing in our hoops through the colder seasons. Chris grows some of our favorite kale, it’s always tender and not too bitter, not too sweet.

Kale Chips

Nothing like a little roasted, crisped kale. Spice it how you like! Brewer’s yeast will add some cheesiness, but it’s always great with salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • kale
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and chop kale into manageable chunks.
  • Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
