Kitchen Sink Quiche

You do not have to be a chef, you do not even have to be a cook, to make a darn good breakfast quiche with all of the things in your refrigerator. You cannot mess this up. It will be gorgeous if you slice some tomatoes and put them on top. Your dog will become a bit too curious. We added some leftover ground turkey, old risotto, peppers, onions, tomatoes, shrooms, spices, and of course, all the eggs. Just put it in the pan.

Kitchen Sink Quiche

Cast iron is key, leftovers are essential. If you slice something and put it on top, it's gourmet 😉

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • leftovers

Instructions

  • Onions first, if you've got em, chop and sweat on medium to low heat. All the things leftover in the fridge, chopped, can be added afterwards. Saute until cooked.
  • Add the eggs. Either cover and let cook on low, or throw in the oven, cook at 350 degrees until it stops bubbling and call it a quiche.
