We had some leftover shroomschetta from River Valley Ranch and a hankering for pasta. Cue the magic.
Saute an onion, caramelize if you're feeling outrageous add some garlic.
Get your pasta going.
Add the shroomschetta. Add a little sugar.
Throw in some brats or sausages or chicken sausage or sauteed 5 spice tofu.
Top with some shredded cheese, shaved carrots, maybe some pea shoots?
