Kitchen Sink Quiche
Cast iron is key, leftovers are essential. If you slice something and put it on top, it's gourmet ;)
Onions first, if you've got em, chop and sweat on medium to low heat. All the things leftover in the fridge, chopped, can be added afterwards. Saute until cooked.
Add the eggs. Either cover and let cook on low, or throw in the oven, cook at 350 degrees until it stops bubbling and call it a quiche.
