Kitchen Sink Quiche

Cast iron is key, leftovers are essential. If you slice something and put it on top, it's gourmet ;)

  • Onions first, if you've got em, chop and sweat on medium to low heat. All the things leftover in the fridge, chopped, can be added afterwards. Saute until cooked.
  • Add the eggs. Either cover and let cook on low, or throw in the oven, cook at 350 degrees until it stops bubbling and call it a quiche.
