Claire's One Hour Pizza
No need to fuss, a little rising will do the trick!

Combine yeast, water and honey. Wait for the yeast to bubble.
Add olive oil. Slowly fold in flour. Knead as long as you can.

Roll into a very thin layer, put on a pizza pan (or any sheet pan or cast iron will do). Cook for 15 minutes. Add your favorite toppings. Cook again for another 10 minutes!
Cool and serve.
You can make this with cheese and tomato sauce, or without! Get creative! We like a hard cheese and sausage and honey and greens just as much as a classic Margherita.
